Everything I’m loving right now - October 2018

I go through phases as fast as a gambler spends money.
Here is a list of my current obsessions for October 2018.

F45

It’s coming up to the start of summer in Australia which means bikini season. After indulging a little too much over winter I was dreading the thought of squeezing into a bikini. So I joined a gym. I heard about F45 from a few of my devoted fitness friends so I decided to check it out for myself. The first ever workout you do at a new gym can be really intimidating. Thats exactly how I felt walking in to f45 for the first time. Either I looked noticeably frightened or the instructors are well trained at identifying rookies because they came up to me and introduced themselves right away.

Once the 45 minutes was up I joined up and swore to myself to take at least 5 classes a week. However, the next day I was so sore i couldn’t believe what I had gotten myself into. I’m currently 2 weeks into my membership and have so far managed to stick to my goal! I’m already seeing small changes to my body and have experienced a huge boost in my energy levels. Cult or not, it will give you abs.

OLAPLEX no.2

I’m one of those people that likes to mix up their beauty routine and products fairly regually but I’ve finally found a product that I know for sure will stick. Olaplaex hair perfecto no.2 has brought the life back to my long thin bleached heat damaged hair. I’ve been using the pre-shampoo treatment for over 6 months now and my hair is much stronger, glossier, shinier, healthier and I can even go way longer between haircuts.

Olaplex No.2 the same as No.3 just more concentrated. Buy it online HERE

My hair before and after using Olaplex for the first time! (I styled my hair in the second photo using the Cloud Nine waving wand)

Réalisation Par

The first Réalisation dress I ever bought was The Alexandra in Red Star. I saw it on instagram once and knew I had to have it. Fast forward one year and I have 10 pieces hanging up in my closet and three more somewhere in the postal system... But not everyones this obsessed. I've read some not so great reviews online criticising the weird sizing and poor standard of customer service and as much as I love everything I own, they do raise some good points.

Firstly, the sizing. Réalisation sizing can be tricky, especially becuase the brand is sold online only. Unless you're buying one or the wrap dresses (The Alexandra, The Violette, The Teale or The Valentina) I highly recommend sizing up. I'm a size 6-8 Aus and take a size Small in everything on the site. BUT! I fit an XSmall in the wrap dresses.

The Bianca Blouse ties at the front giving you some freedom to adjust it, but size up because the shoulders and sleeves are quite narrow.

If its made of silk crepe, it wont stretch!

If you're above a C Cup, size up in everthing that plunges at the front!

Seaweed Snacks

They're low calorie until you eat as many as I do :/

Glossier Balmdotcom

If you've ever been on accutane you'll know that accutane ruins your lips. I finished my course over three years ago but my lips still havent fully recovered. I have to litterally drown my lips in lip balm everyday so they dont chap. The Glossier Balmdotcom lip balm in Coconut is one of my favourites! It's infused with antioxidants so its super hydrating, it sticks to my lips for hours and smells like a tropical beach vacation.
